Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, chocolates cannot normally be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.
